Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains how Red Standard LLC (“Red Standard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through this website, redstandard.co (the “Site”), and through messages you send us.
Each Red Standard product has its own privacy policy. ArkCare’s is at arkcare.app/legal/privacy. This policy covers only the Site.
1. The short version
- The Site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics scripts and no ad trackers.
- Like every website, it is delivered through a network provider that sees standard request data such as IP addresses. Ours is Cloudflare.
- If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
2. Information we handle
When you visit the Site
The Site does not ask you for any information. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes standard request and security data, which may include your IP address, request time, the page requested, the referring page, browser and device information, approximate location derived from the IP address, and security events.
When you email us
If you write to hello@redstandard.co, we receive your email address, name if you include it, the content of your message and any attachments, and our replies.
What we do not collect
The Site does not set cookies, use browser storage, run analytics or advertising scripts, use advertising identifiers or collect precise geolocation.
3. How we use information
We use this information to deliver the Site and keep it secure, to read and answer your messages, to prevent abuse, and to comply with law and protect our legal rights. Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure website and responding to people who contact us, or on steps you ask us to take.
4. Service providers
A provider receives only the information relevant to its work:
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and provides content delivery, routing and security services. It processes the request and security data described in Section 2.
- Google Workspace receives the messages you send to hello@redstandard.co and our replies.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect a person or the Site, investigate fraud or a security incident, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
5. No sale, no sharing for advertising
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not add people who email us to a marketing list. Because there is no sale, sharing or targeted advertising, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the Site works: there is nothing to opt out of.
6. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep a record of the conversation, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Cloudflare keeps request and security data according to its own retention practices. We do not promise a fixed number of days where none exists in our operations.
8. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers and runs no scripts. No system is completely secure, and we do not claim a certified security program. If we learn of unauthorized access to covered information, we will investigate and give notice as required by applicable law, including New York General Business Law sections 899-aa and 899-bb when they apply.
9. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we control about you, to receive a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, and not to be discriminated against for making a request. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Send a request to hello@redstandard.co and tell us what you are asking for. We may need to verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may reply with “Privacy appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the Site or the law changes. We will post the updated Policy here and change the “Last updated” date.
